For the second February in a row, we had the most incredible two week stay at Amelia South C3 - Over the Moon, a beautiful, well-appointed beachfront condo. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the owners’ attention to detail - stylish décor, comfortable furnishings, and every amenity you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The space was spotless, spacious, and truly felt like a home away from home. The highlight, without a doubt, was the porch. The owners added new porch furniture this year and each morning, we sat outside with our coffee, watching the sun rise in a blaze of color over the water. The views were absolutely breathtaking - peaceful, panoramic, and picture-perfect. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins playing near the shore, gliding effortlessly through the waves. The beach access was easy and convenient, and the soothing sound of the waves was a constant reminder that we were somewhere special. Whether relaxing inside or enjoying the ocean breeze from the porch, Over the Moon provides the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.

Hello, Fernandina Beach! As soon as you walk into the condo, you have the most amazing welcoming view!! The interior colors of cream and navy are so calming and very beautiful! The kitchen is roomy and appointed with every device and gadget you will need to feel right at home while cooking. The gorgeous living room has comfy furniture and a huge tv with every station you can imagine. The navy blue curtains were my fav! I need those! And then, there’s that view that draws you out onto the balcony where you can settle in a comfy rocker with a book and wile away the hours! The Master bedroom had the most comfy bed! We slept like a baby! I really liked how handy the placement of the washer and dryer closet was being right near the master closet. The only two negatives I saw in the Master were the curtains and no hangers in the closet. I feel the bedroom would be so much better for sleeping with the same light blocking navy curtains that were in the living room. The Master Bath was great and the shelving unit was perfect for our incidentals and my make up bag. We did not use the guest bedroom, but the guest bathroom was a great help when we were both getting ready for dinner. We used the beach chairs and tried to use the beach umbrella, but the pin to hold the two pieces together was missing, which made it unusable. Just rented chairs and umbrella. The beach was fantastic and never crowded!! Truly loved our stay and will definitely book again! - Jennie and Norman

Over The Moon with delight from the moment we stepped inside on the first day. We had a great stay at Amelia South C3. The condo was immaculate, attractive, and had comfortable furniture and good quality linens. The balcony was larger than those we saw in other similar complexes. We enjoyed the cushioned chairs and rockers, large balcony ceiling fan, and of course the wonderful view. The unit was very well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Destination Amelia provided all the info needed for a super easy check-in and departure. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week on Amelia in this condo. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied. Used the washer and dryer several times and now we want that kind :-) Beds were amazing. Appreciated the storage cubbies in the bathroom and large closets as well. Maintenance man had his hands full with the grounds that week… elevator was out of order, pool had an issue, key fobs to the pool were acting up. He was friendly and working hard to keep everything going. We will definitely be back at Over the Moon!

My mother and I stayed in this condo for a mother/daughter weekend getaway. The condo had everything that we needed, and more! The kitchen was well stocked, the televisions were new, the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable, and the views from the rockers on the patio couldn't be beat. You could tell the owners took time to think through the smallest details - from including instructions for how to use the remotes, to providing stain remover in the laundry room. My only minor complaint is that there were many more stairs for my older mom to navigate than I initially realized - several to get to the pool area and another set to get to the beach. But we took it slow, and had a wonderful time.

This unit was exactly as advertised. Well decorated with fully equipped kitchen and a load of beach items for us to use. Nice TV with great instructions. The unit itself was perfect and a good location. The building had one elevator out of service during our stay which resulted in long waits for elevator. The pool area was just okay, but the beach was perfect. Would definitely rent again.

C3 was a fantastic condo. The renovation and appointments are spot on! Everything you need are here. The host thought of everything including a traditional coffee maker and a Kuerig. The stacked washer/dryer are new and excellent. Plenty of cooking pans, skillets, dishes, etc for those who prefer to eat in. The beach here is wide and clean plus no over crowding! We will be back!

Very nice property. Building is older, but well maintained; unit has been relatively recently renovated and is modern and welcoming. Kitchen pantry and laundry were fully stocked besides sugar and trash bags. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One small issue: we didn't completely understand how the keypad mechanism locked for the first 2 or 3 days, so we unwittingly left our room unlocked overnight and during day trips out. A bit more detail on how the device functioned would have helped.

What sold me on this property was the decorating and attention to detail. The owners have invested a lot of time and money making this rental property functional and beautiful for guests. The outdoor patio was my favorite part! I loved waking up to the ocean view from the master bedroom. Also the outdoor patio comfortably seats four people, while enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or listening to the waves and moonlight nights.

We had preconceived ideas about Amelia Island, but had never visited. Once we got settled in, every day was a new and great discovery. The unit was well appointed, clean, and fresh. We would highly recommend it. The town of Fernandina Beach is quaint, beautiful, old, and exceedingly charming. The restaurant options were plentiful and exceptional. We will be returning in the future.

Of all the rental properties we have stayed in this is by far the best equipped. The kitchen really has everything we have at home. The unit was recently redone, clean and tastefully decorated. Management services were both responsive and good. The building itself is a little tired but undergoing renovations that will address that.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Amelia South C - 3. The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with quality kitchen ware. The owners thought of everything! The beach was private, not crowded and loaded with shells. Our shell-collecting grandkids had a blast. We were allowed to erect our canopy and use our own chairs. At some places you’re forced to use rentals, which are much less comfortable. I was a little worried about ocean waves (versus gulf) but these waves were perfect. Just big enough to enjoy body surfing or a boogie board. And this 68 yr old grandma proved you’re never too old for boogie boarding! We all had a blast!!

Although the building itself is quite dated, the 2 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor was beautifully remodeled. Everything was fresh and up to date. Kitchen had thought of everything including recycling, which building does not do yet. Although it was too cool to spend much time on the beach, the chairs, floats and beach towels were abundant. The location on the island was perfect too. And our welcome bag had great information in it. I would highly recommend this condo and will likely return.

This property was exactly like it’s pictured when we arrived. We wanted something a little different for Christmas and we are glad we picked this condo. The cleanliness, the view of the ocean, having the waves put you to sleep and wake you up was an experience in itself. The kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely anything we needed. The location is not far from downtown area where there are shops and eats. Horseback riding on the beach is a mile up the road. Jacksonville is not far at all if you want to hit the city and visit Catty Shack. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is because the building isn’t the most luxurious building, but once you get inside this condo unit, it feels like you are in one. We will definitely be back.

When we opened the door we were pleasantly struck by a beautifully decorated unit, then explored it and found it to be exceptionally clean and well-stocked. The view the deck was stunning. The comfortable furnishings on the deck and throughout this condo were top-quality. We have rented many condos over the years; this was the best decorated and stocked. Highly recommend this unit-but if you rent it be nice to it - it is special.

Our first experience outside of hotels. Set the bar high for future experiences. View from the deck of the ocean was spectacular especially with a full moon. The furnishings were attractive, relaxing and pleasant. Loved being able to do our laundry and have some meals at home. The photos of this property do not do it justice. It is pristine- clean and brand new. Obviously completely redone-appliances and furnishings are high end. The owners have done an amazing job with this unit. I'm almost reluctant to review it so highly because I don't want people messing it up before we get a chance to come back.
