Tigre Island Room

The newest anchor of the arts is Tigre Island Room! Having only opened in late 2025, it is located in a landmark building that was built in 1878 in the heart of downtown Fernandina Beach, FL. French architect Anton “C.H.” Hout designed the storefront, which once sold dry goods and is now reborn as a premier music house with soul. Live concerts, film screenings, and other special events happen every weekend.

Local’s Cocktail Lounge 

Locals’ Cocktail Lounge is a casual neighborhood bar located on Sadler Road and 14th Street mid-island. It has secluded spots where you can enjoy an evening with friends, or join the crowd and watch as staff transform the space into one of the hottest nightspots on the island.

The Pavilion in Fernandina Beach

Offering a beautiful, open-air venue near the Amelia River, The Pavilion hosts seasonal concerts and special ticketed culinary events when it's not hosting weddings and receptions. It can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests underneath the roofing structure plus an additional 100 in the open area, depending on the event layout. Special events are typically announced on social media!
