2129 Beach Wood Villas is a townhouse-style condo offering an open and inviting layout. On the first floor, guests will find the kitchen and dining area open to the main living area. There is a half bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer. The back patio is the perfect spot for watching golfers during the day or sunset during the evening hours. There is plenty of seating and a gas grill is provided.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms have their own full-size attached private bath. Sleeping arrangements are ideal for a large family or two smaller families, with a king bed in the main bedroom, two two twin beds and a bunk bed in the second bedroom, and another king bed in the third bedroom. The main bedroom also has a private balcony facing the golf course and lake.
This condo is situated in a great location, with the closest Beach Wood complex pool a 2-minute walk away and beach access is just across the street. The gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) is a sprawling community beloved for its miles of walking/biking trails and community spaces. Tucked within the AIP is also the Omni Amelia Island Resort, which offers excellent dining and activity options. The main hotel and nearby shopping village are within walking distance and have a nature center, mini golf, and a full spa.
Guests also enjoy venturing north into the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District to partake in unique shopping and dining options. Nicely decorated and fully stocked, from kitchen utensils, TV’s in each of the 3 bedrooms, Great WiFi, outside patio and BBQ grill overlooking lake and golf course. Great location - few minutes walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach. Beautiful walking trails - as well as access to top-notch restaurants and shopping. Close to everything - parks, grocery stores, downtown Fernandina Beach is a 15-minute drive. Destination Amelia staff was outstanding. We will be back.

We had a lovely family holiday in this townhome. It was comfortable, cozy and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was a bit hard to see at night but was in a lovely location overlooking the golf course with a nice walking trail. We loved that each room had its own bathroom (although I preferred my own fluffier bath towels) and the bedroom with the extra beds was perfect to shelter a few college students who couldn’t make it home for the holiday. There was ample seating, lighting and tv’s to enjoy family and private time. Everything was well thought out and accommodated our needs very nicely.

We had a wonderful stay at this property while we were in Amelia for a wedding. The place was nicely decorated (as pictured) and the space was laid out well for our group of 7. We had a great time! Remember to take things like shampoo and coffee items, but hair dryers were provided. Restaurants are close by and easy access. We would stay there again.

We have been visiting Amelia Island for several years for our family's summer outings. This condo was perfect for us. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well equipped to create some wonderful meals. The beach is just a short walk down the boardwalk and a beautiful pool even closer.

We had a wonderful week on Amelia Island, and we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations at 2129 Beachwood. The agency kept us informed from the moment we reserved our stay. Checking in was simple, and our townhouse was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Checking out was just as simple. The pool was very close and our grandkids loved it. The beach was just a short walk away and beautiful. Downtown Fernandina Beach is so cute and we enjoyed walking around and sampling the restaurants. Couldn't have asked for more! We walked to the pool and beach. And rode our bikes to the village shops, mini golf and restaurants. It was a perfect location! Inside the unit had everything we needed! Loved enjoying coffee on the back deck and the grill was very nice and easy to use. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Plenty of beach/pool towels. All appliances were in good working condition. Would highly recommend this unit to all. In our party we had two moms with 4 kids (12, 10, 9 and 8). We had to make one service call into property management and they were out within 2 hours to fix the issue (wasp nest by the back gate).

We needed last minute accommodations due to a death in the family. After a long drive, this place was just what we needed. It was peaceful and we appreciated having space from each other after a 14 hour drive. The beach was walking distance and we loved watching the sun rise.

Loved this condo and will stay here again! We had a week vacation with college age kids, and this condo accommodated all 6 of us easily. We loved the patio (and could see the pool from our place), living area, kitchen, and bedrooms. Beautifully decorated with a wonderful view. Short walk to the beach on a lovely shaded path. We used the pool daily as well as rode our bikes throughout the resort. Absolutely loved Amelia Island and would always choose to stay on the resort and at this condo. Excellent communication with the home's manager before and throughout our stay!
