This condo has one of the most expansive views to enjoy from the sunny patio or the shaded upstairs balcony overlooking the green fairways, tranquil marsh, and famous live oaks dripping with silvery Spanish moss. Within Club Villas, there are also two swimming pools for added relaxation.
This is the best of both worlds! You'll enjoy serene, uncrowded living but also this condo is very central, right across the walkway which leads to the Omni resort, white sand Atlantic beaches, shopping village, spa, restaurants, nature center, and putt-putt. Beach access points are less than a mile away; bike and golf cart rentals are available within the resort or with outside vendors. If guests feel like exploring, there are more than six miles of paved, mostly flat walking and biking trails within the resort.

The historic downtown of Fernandina Beach is about a 20-minute drive north on the island and many guests enjoy the exquisite dining options, art galleries, shops, and the marina there.
