With it’s fantastic location inside the gated resort community, 2123 Beach Wood offers privacy while still being in close proximity to the picturesque dune-swept beaches that the south end of Amelia Island is known for. Outdoor enthusiasts will love exploring the miles of shaded, paved walking trails weaving throughout the resort. Plus, our condo is only a short bike ride away from the natural salt marshlands of the Intracoastal Waterway.
Situated on the 4th floor, the plush accommodations include a King Bed and Full Bath in the Master Bedroom, and a Queen Bed in the Second Bedroom, with a Full Bath right next door.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet storage, and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. For those business travelers, our condo is a short distance from the Omni Conference Center and offers a desk in the second bedroom, perfect to use as a remote work station with our high-speed wireless internet.
