Guests will enjoy the comfortable bedding (all linens provided), gorgeous bathroom reconstructions, and beautiful new furnishings. The primary bedroom offers a balcony with nature views.

With a fully updated electrical system, plumbing, and HVAC, this property offers both style and functionality. Throughout the villa, guests can customize lighting and fans with adjustable dimmer switches and remotes. Two bedrooms include touch lamps and all throughout there is calming, clean decor and distinctive embellishments. The second, middle bedroom also includes a desk for remote workers. 

For those active visitors seeking adventure, the walking/biking trails within AIP are top notch. Approximately six miles of trails weave throughout the AIP community and common spaces like Aury Island, Drummond Point Park and Walker's Landing are especially great for kids.

Enjoy lots of time in one of the Beach Wood complex pools that are very private and quiet when not lounging on the picture-perfect beach.

A short stroll to the old Florida shopping village and guests can find dining, spa services, shopping and activities like miniature golf. Local favorites include Falcon’s Nest and Marché Burette. The Omni Amelia Island Resort, tucked within the AIP, operates these resort restaurants and also has various dining options at its oceanfront hotel, like FloraBelle and the new grab-and-go Palmetto Press Coffee & Provisions.

Feel like exploring historic Fernandina Beach? Venture to the north end of Amelia Island and head towards the harbor along Amelia River to take in the charming downtown, which has dozens of cute eateries, boutiques, novelty shops, and houses on the national register.

Golf is available at many great Amelia Island courses, with Little Sandy being the closest. Bikes and golf carts can be rented and parked at our property - please inquire for additional information.
