Come vacation with us at one of the most convenient beachside locations in the exclusive, gated Omni Amelia Island Resort, formerly known as the Amelia Island Plantation! Walking into 2003 Beach Wood guests will immediately appreciate the owner’s stylish beach decor and the two-level villa’s spacious layout. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, families can easily spread out and settle in to enjoy a getaway to the beach!
The fully-equipped villa is laid out like a townhouse, with the kitchen, dining area, living space, laundry room, and a half bath on the downstairs level and the three bedrooms and their attached full baths on the upstairs level. The large living/dining area opens onto a private patio with wonderful nature views and a path on the left leading down to a walkway heading to The Shops at Omni Amelia Island.
Stroll right across the street to the brand-new beach access built this year! Reaching the ocean is more convenient than ever as guests take the new boardwalk out past the Sunken Forest and to the sand. The nearest Beach Wood pool is a quick stroll away in a secluded cove and if guests want to venture a little further, the other two Beach Wood pools are accessible to them as well.
For those guests working remotely or attending a conference at the Omni hotel across the street, there is high-speed Wifi available.
When guests want to grab a quick bite to eat, rent bikes, get a spa treatment, peruse art galleries, play putt-putt, visit the resort nature center, or even attend church on Sunday mornings, they can walk to The Shops at Omni Amelia Island. Our villa is the closest one in the Beach Wood complex to this old-Florida shopping village area.
Please be advised, this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges”, namely the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service. Also note that Racquet Park is only allowing Club members and their guests for open play, but tennis clinics and lessons can be booked. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
