The location was great. Right on the ocean and close to everything in Amelia. The unit was easy to access, and it was perfectly clean. There was lots of room and it was well equipped with everything needed. All amenities needed were supplied as well as beach items in the storage closet.

We were extremely happy with our last-minute decision to stay at 103 Terraces at Beachside. Check-in was seamless, the place was immaculate. We loved the convenience of on-site parking, and was perfectly located near downtown shops and restaurants. We also took full advantage of the easy beach access during the beautiful 80°F weekend! When it got too hot, the balcony offered a great place to hang out with drinks.

Great communication. Good location. Bathrooms a little outdated. We were on the first floor and we could see the parked cars in the garage underneath our patio, which was a little odd. The place was very well kept and clean though.

It may have been the time of year we went, toward the end of October, but we love the area. So peaceful and not overly crowded. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was right on the beach with a good restaurant nearby so we ate lunch there every day. I appreciate how clean the condo was.

We stay at vacation rentals often and this was probably one of the better properties we have visited. We did run into a little problem as there was another car parked in the assigned spot, but our call was handled on a weekend by the manager and we got it sorted fairly quickly. The unit itself is a good size with most basic items one would need in stock. The rest of our week long stay was much less eventful, made even easier by all of the amenities! The unit has direct beach access and everything you could need was provided: coolers, chairs, umbrellas, even toys for playing in the sand! We also used the 2 bicycles provided to explore the island. Pro tip: the nearby Fort Clinch state park is an absolute gem made for bike riding! We spotted lots of wildlife including deer and though we weren't lucky, supposedly the beach there is a good place to find shark teeth. There are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance, though we also used a food delivery service when we didn't feel like driving with no problems. The management team offered frequent communication and even sent a helpful guidebook via text. Overall it was a wonderful and relaxing stay!

The condo looked just like the pictures online. It was very clean and organized . Well stocked for our needs. The size of it was very adequate and would easily sleep 6 with the 3 pullout sofa/loveseats. It was a really nice, small place to stay. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Location was just where we wanted to be. Will rent here again.

My family loved staying here. There was enough space for our family of four to spread out and having a second bathroom was a bonus. Being located right on the beach was great for quick, easy access each day. The kids swam in pool almost every night after playing pickeball on the nearby lighted courts. Would stay again!

First of all, we love this place! This was our 3rd time staying at the Terraces. We love the location and the convenience of all of the restaurants in surrounding area. This facility is nice, clean, and easy to access. The beach is super close. Chairs are provided and bikes too! We enjoyed our bike rides down Ocean Avenue in the mornings! While sitting on the patio we saw turtles and rabbits while enjoying the view. It is a quiet and relaxing place and is well maintained. I highly recommend the Terraces and Destination Amelia was ready to help if needed! Their team was very responsive any time of the day!

We loved our spot on Fernandina Beach. Close to everything and right on the beach. Loved the location! The condo itself was well appointed and very comfy. Great if you like firm pillows and firm bed. Nice kitchen to cook in and had everything you could want. We had plenty of towels and even enough paper goods for our week stay! Two restaurants within walking distance was a plus! We were worried at arrival because our code would not work to open the door to the condo. We called and the property mgmt was very responsive and helped right away. (So get in right at 4:00pm so if this happens to you, they will be there to help.) Great locker full of beach chairs, bikes, etc. to take full advantage of this great beach community. Hated to leave!!

I LOVED 102 Terraces at Beachside in Fernandina Beach and I would definitely go again. The balcony has patio-door access on three sides which means you get the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves on the shore, especially during the quietness of night. It's marvellous to be able to see the ocean and to have the beach so close for walking. The condo is spacious and well-laid out. It's also very accessible to the downtown area. And, Sandbar restaurant is right there in the same complex with delicious margaritas and scrumptious shrimp & grits.

The Terraces condo 103 was very welcoming, clean, and nicely decorated! The condo has an ensuite bathroom with a huge soaker tub if you like that. There is also a second full bathroom off the kitchen that has a walk-in shower which was our preference. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities as well as a washer/dryer combo. There’s also a full size dining table and plenty of seating throughout the condo. They have some board games in the room and books just outside the condo in a lobby like seating area. (I didn’t see an office on site??) Having a small balcony was also a plus. We got there about 40 minutes early before check in and a gentleman let us in the room, then we decided to extend our stay one more night. Both staff members were very friendly and helpful! It was also nice to have some beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and a couple of bikes for our use in the downstairs garage closet. The location was perfect if you prefer to not to drive… Just steps from the beach and The Sandbar restaurant, which is open all day if you want to grab a quick lunch. Also within walking distance is the Salt Life restaurant, a little beach store, a convenience store, a kids park, and a small putt putt place. Fort Clinch is just around the corner. Both of the above mentioned restaurants have live entertainment as well. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect location to the beach, clean, and loved the keyless entry. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. It was great that they had extra beach towels and chairs we could use. Also great they supplied extra trash bags and laundry detergent as I hadn’t brought enough.

We can't say enough good things about our stay!! Great location, fantastic accommodations, and the customer service was beyond wonderful. We were there to celebrate our 15th anniversary and upon our arrival there was a lovely card & baggie of chocolate almond popcorn (from the yummy fudge shop downtown) waiting for us! We rode bikes (included) to Fort Clinch, downtown, and just everywhere. We drove our rental car to St. Augustine one day (took the ferry across St. John river - fun!) and went to Savannah another day. Easy drives both ways. The excitement of the FL Gators/GA Bulldogs game was palpable & added a really awesome vibe to all of our activities. I HIGHLY recommend this property/Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach - we will be back!

This condo was more wonderful than described! Every little detail for a comfortable stay was taken care of. Clean, comfortable, easy access to gorgeous beach, restaurants and drinks. I hope in the future we can rent a few condos in the same building for a family reunion. But for now, my husband and I will be returning to this exact property for our trips down from NC to South Florida. My words and few pics can't adequately describe our experience with this stay. I'm just so thankful we found it!

Our first trip to Amelia Island & this property was perfect for us. With just two, the space was genuinely perfect. We had a couple visit for two nights & with 2 full baths & 3 pull out options, it worked better than expected. The proximity to local restaurants, downtown & the beach was perfect. Bikes & beach accessories - again, perfect for us. We are from a rural area & found the condo as quiet as we prefer. I would rent this again!

We stayed here on a work-cation. The location was amazing, easy on and off the beach and a quick drive downtown, to the grocery store or anything else you need. We used the bikes to check out the area, explore fort clinch and get to the tennis courts. The internet was strong enough for both of us to work during the day. We loved it here and would definitely return.

This was a very comfortable conveniently located apartment well stocked with needed items to do some basic cooking. Parking was convenient to the elevator. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was as pictured in the photos. There was quick and easy communication with the rental agency. Please note that if you are unable to do stairs the only way to access the pictured boardwalk is to climb stairs, There is a Main Beach park within easy walking distance without stairs. It is very close to Fort Clinch, Egan's Greenway and not far from the downtown area. Parking downtown is ample and free either on the street or in numerous lots.

What a great place and perfect location! We just happened to pick a perfect week- because the building was practically empty except for us! It was so quiet! The condo had everything provided that I needed. I brought items I didn’t need to… we loved walking right to the beach! Had a great time riding the provided bikes all around the neighborhood and into town. I think I want to live here now…! Highly recommend!

This was our 1st experience here & we weren’t disappointed. My husband decided to visit Amelia Island & this condo was the perfect place to stay. It was very nice & very clean & everything was provided. It was especially nice that it came with bikes & beach chairs to use. And the location was great! It was on the beach & only a short ride away from downtown. The property management team at Destination Amelia were also very nice & answered all of my questions. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to Ray’s Rides. Uber & Lyft were non-existent on the island but Ray’s Rides offered private rides for a reasonable price & we were treated with island information on the way.

Excellent property in one of the best areas of Fernandina Beach! It is close to downtown and Fort Clinch, and the beach area on the north end is quiet and peaceful. The condo was exceptionally clean, and I am very picky! I wore socks, no shoes, in the condo, and my sock bottoms were still clean! Everything was perfect when I arrived, and it was very easy to find and get in the unit. The balconies on the side like this one are actually much better than the ones facing the ocean because not only do you still have an excellent ocean view, but they are covered and shaded, and provide more privacy. I also loved having a big tub and took advantage of this with several great baths! The beach chairs provided are very nice and a great perk to have. I also loved using the bikes. We rode into Fort Clinch and had a great time! The condo was incredibly spacious for the two of us. I also appreciated the excellent wi-if because I did have to do some work. This is a wonderful condo in a great building, and I am ready to come back and stay here again! Everything was thought of and provided! Also, don’t miss eating at Timoti’s downtown for lunch or dinner and at The Patio Place for Breakfast or lunch.

We will definitely be going back to Amelia island!!!! The condo was in the perfect location. The only thing is I wish you could see the ocean more from our condo. The palm trees even blocked the view more . Aside from that we loved it there!!! Literally did not want to come home!!!!!

The condo was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook a couple meals. We loved having the bikes and rode everyday exploring the island. The beach chairs were nice too — My only negative is the pool was very small and not very appealing. That wasn’t a big deal to us but it might be for someone who has kids with them. We’ll definitely look into renting this condo again when we plan our next trip to Amelia Island.

My husband and I stayed at this unit for 2 weeks. It was very clean and well stocked. Laundry detergent, pots, pans, silverware, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, 4 beach towels as well as 3 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and 2 bicycles in a storage unit under the complex. One parking space is provided under the complex. It is in a great location. Directly beachfront. There is a great surf shop right across the street. Fort Clinch and the Egan Creek Greenway are 1/4 mile away...an easy bike ride or walk. Charming historic downtown is 2 miles away full of great restaurants, bars, and shops...an easy bike ride or walk. Loved this unit and Fernandina Beach!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fernandina Beach! The condo was more than suited for our needs, and the water view made for a great way to start our days! The pictures don't do justice to all the little details and considerations that are provided for and fully stocked, from beach gear and bikes to decent kitchenware that you would be happy to cook with in your own home. We will happily stay here again when we come back!

The pictures, especially from the balcony, are what made our decision to select this property. Upon arrival and entry into the property, we were blown away by how beautiful it is. It is clean, clean, clean. The bathrooms are spacious and one has a luxurious soaking tub - it is spa like! The bed was so comfortable, we slept very well. Sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee or evening cocktail was best treat of all! This place was an oasis and we are looking forward to another stay!
