Condo is in a great location, within walking distance to convenient stores, restaurants and public beaches. The condo was well equipped with all the little extras you would need for your stay. After Hurricane Helene wrecked our anniversary trip to beautiful Siesta Key, we looked for an alternative that was on the beach, had a cute downtown and wasn’t too far of a drive from Tampa. As Florida natives, we had always heard of Amelia Island, but never visited. Very happy we did! The condo was right on Fernandina Beach, clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed and wanted. The bed was nice and comfy. The balcony had a nice angled view of the water and you could clearly hear the waves crashing. It’s a quick 5 min drive to downtown. The town and people are amazing. So many cool things to do and great places to eat and drink. We were even lucky to go on a weekend when they had their annual beer tasting festival! Highly recommend this Destination Amelia condo to anyone revisiting and experiencing Amelia Island for the first time. Will absolutely be back and will absolutely check to see if this condo is available next time!

Newly updated, clean and spacious feeling condo with a partial ocean view. Super convenient to the beach, a couple nice restaurants and other attractions. Very nice property. Many extras you don’t expect. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate with us and was very windy and cold. But we still enjoyed our stay. Coffee maker was not working right when we were there. We called management, and they were back with a new one in no time at all.

I liked having restaurant so close. The property is very well kept. The only problem was gaining access to the beach. The vegetation has overgrown the walkway and the sand has built into a tough mound to get over with bags and beach equipment.

Our 5-day stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a view of the sunrise from the deck. In the parking garage there was a locked storage unit for our condo with items we needed for the beach and 2 bikes. The rental agency, Destination Amelia, was very accommodating and provided clear information. We would stay here again.

A last minute getaway brought us to this property. We wanted to be close to the historic downtown but also beachfront. The Terraces is a great location. The property was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. While not oceanfront, we enjoyed water views from the comfortable king bed and the side facing balcony. The area has walkable restaurants and the sandbar next door had great drinks and surprisingly good food. We appreciated the early check-in and replacement of a broken umbrella. The beach is spectacular! A great stay.

This is the best place to stay in Amelia Island. The location couldn’t be any more perfect: on the beach, close to downtown & restaurants! The parking space was also the perfect location and most convenient. It was nice being on the first floor as well. We rode the bikes that were included, and we had the best time and the best view riding them on the beach at sunset. The condo was very clean. The amenities and everything that was included was very nice too! We will definitely be back to stay here in the years to come!! I can’t rave enough about this place!!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The condo is right on the water, with ocean views from the bedroom. We were able to wake up each morning and walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Easy access to downtown Fernandina as well. The condo was very clean, perfectly decorated and offered a lot of items we have not had at other rental homes before. For example, they had shampoo, a curling iron (in addition to a hair dryer) and separate towels for the beach. There were also multiple spots where they had instructions on how to access wi-fi, departure checklists, etc. which made it much easier than having to search back through old emails. Also, they left chocolate caramel corn from Fernandina in our room! Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was clean and cozy. The decor was beach-esque but not cheap or overdone. The two doors to the bathroom was great for a non-couple. The unit was well stocked and included beach towels and chairs. We also used the two beach-cruisers to hit the north end of the island. Great location, on the beach and close to downtown, easy uber if wanting to have a few drinks. The designated parking was great. I would definitely stay again!

My husband and I rented this cute, coastal-vibe condo. Pictures are accurate. It was very clean, comfy king size bed and large bathroom. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a Mr. Coffee, blender, toaster, and a pot large enough to boil shrimp from the fish market on Ash St. in downtown Fernandina. From the pictures, I wasn't sure about the view from the balcony, but since the condo is above the parking garage, it is raised and we could see the ocean. The condo is a short drive to downtown Fernandina Historic District which has great restaurants and fun shops. When exiting the condo, the boardwalk to the beach is just steps away. Plus the building is secure in that you have to go through 2 doors with key pads to get into your condo (counting the condo door). The owners were generous to give us access to their storage unit which had beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and 2 bicycles! (1 men's and 1 women's) plus bike helmets. We rode them to Fort Clinch State Park (easy bike ride) and enjoyed the grounds plus a tour of the civil war fort. If you are considering this condo, commit now! It was very comfy and in a perfect location in the northern end of Amelia Island.

This property was great! Looks just like the pictures. Checking in with easy and agents were very responsive. We were concerned about covid-19 and the crowd but this time of year there wasn't a large crowd and people wore their mask in the building common areas. There were a few teeny tiny ants in the kitchen but over the four days we were there I may have seen a dozen nothing to take away cleanliness points about. We look forward to staying again soon!

This was our second stay in this beachfront condominium and will hopefully not be our last. The home is spotless clean, well appointed, and lacks nothing. It's very quiet day and night and you are literally steps from the beach. The patio has a nice view of the ocean and you will hear the waves crashing when you sit out there. There is a cool little bar/restaurant on the sand about a one minute walk from the condo complex. The Fernandina Beach historic district with many shops and restaurants is a five minute drive. Fort Clinch State Park is right there and well worth a visit.
