*Please note that as of May 2025 there is a Nassau County Shore Protection Project temporarily impacting this property's beachfront. The project involves machinery pumping sand onto the beach from offshore and being graded into place by bulldozers and other equipment. The initial construction has begun just south of our property near E. 2nd Street, north of Main Beach Park. Sections of the beach to the south will be closed off while working in approximately 2,000 ft intervals. The construction will continue to travel south on its route to Seaside Park on Sadler Road, but please note that the submerged pipeline coming ashore near 2nd St. will remain for the entirety of the project. Noise disturbances are likely early on. Please call our office for further details and project updates.

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower but no bathtub. There is half bath/laundry room accessible from the downstairs deck area and it has been outfitted with a new washer and dryer. There is also an outside shower that is convenient when returning from the beach.
Plenty of deck space both on the top level and lower level make this a great home for kicking back and taking in the ocean views!
