This is a very clean condo with plenty of room. The comforters were so soft and cozy. The view is gorgeous. The patio is very private with a direct view of the ocean/beach. It is located right in the middle of everything you would want to do. A gas station is right across the street. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Just bring your own spices, coffee etc. Furniture was nice and good decor. Very cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo had been remodeled which was beautiful. It overlooks the ocean with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Being conveniently located, it is easy to shop and have a wide variety of restaurants nearby!

We stay here every June, Amelia South L6. Always a great stay with all we need. Updated bedroom furniture and cookware this year were a really nice surprise. Big, well-maintained pool and boardwalk on property to beach. Plenty of parking too. Close to restaurants, shopping and bike trails. Destination Amelia is the best.

Spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with magnificent balcony overlooking the beach. Excellent outdoor pool on patio. Location on the middle of the ocean coast is ideal for convenience. Unit had upgraded appliances with all the amenities.

This was a great condo which we were lucky to snag for a short term rental. Communication with the rental company was excellent. Condo was nicely updated and sitting out on the balcony each evening was always special. The only negative was that one of the elevators was out which made it harder to get up and down. Beach and pool area are great!

My daughter I loved our stay on Amelia Island. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom was beautiful. We took many walks on the beach! The kitchen was well stocked for us to make all of our meals in the condo. It was a lovely property and we would definitely stay here again!

New years relaxation

Beautiful condo, beautiful views, and gorgeous sunrise for the New Year! We normally only go for the summer, but decided to have a change of scenery for new years weekend and it was just as good! The sunrise from the room and balcony in the mornings were unbelievable. We ventured downtown for the shrimp drop, visited all the parks around town and of course took the kids to Fort Clinch. This condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable!! They had games for the kids and adults and chairs in the closet for the beach. Dont hesitate to book! We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and convenience to the beach (right on the beach)!!! We went for a late night walk and saw "something" in the distance start to streak across the sky with a red burner tail and halo. We were not quite sure what it was at first, but after looking it up on Google we saw where Space X launched that night from Cape Canaveral. We really enjoyed our time and the people we met during our stay.

My grandchildren and I stayed in L6 at Amelia South, hosted by Destinations Amelia . We had a fabulous time! The pictures in the listing are exact, the unit definitely did not disappoint! . The view was phenomenal. … the beach amazing, the pool perfect, every amenity inside the unit was there and functioning as promised. I will definitely be back to L6.

Brought my 80 year old mom and my daughter for a family engagement party. Short drive from JAX, and the condo was perfect! The ocean view was stunning and great for my mom who wasn’t able to go out in the heat on the beach much. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The property was as shown. The view was wonderful from the 6th floor. We would not have booked it unless it had an elevator. It had 2 bedrooms even though one was with 2 twin beds. My husband snores so we do not share a bedroom. The master was nice and the mattress was good. However, the twin beds were both terrible and were only suitable for a very young child so not very good sleep for me.

Although the building is aging, condo L6 was very nice and decorated cute. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfy. We loved having beach views from most rooms. It was great having beach chairs and an umbrella to use. We would stay here again.

Nice condo, great view. Older building/unit has been updated. Dined out during our stay but kitchen appeared well stocked. Living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable but bed in master was. Wish the master bath was roomier but it was fine for a short visit. We enjoyed our stay & all that Amelia Island offers.

Always love our annual trips to Amelia Island! Was not disappointed with Amelia South. Pool was clean, beach access was easy and the condo was great!! Beds were comfy and they had everything needed (except beach chairs, which we would have brought our own anyway). Definitely would come back again.

Nice condo that had everything we needed. It had a beautiful view with a great patio. The kitchen was well equipped - we were able to cook most of our meals there. The beds were comfortable and there were enough linens provided. We loved the pool and the beach, and we plan to return. The check-in process was easy and the little problems we had when we were there were quickly and satisfactorily managed.

It’s nice when the owner says ocean view and it really is. Nice wide balcony to actually sit out in and enjoy. The building is a little on the old side and it is not “glorious” at all but it’s so not an issue because the unit itself is well cared for and the view is perfect
