We enjoyed our stay in this unit at Ocean Place and would definitely rent it again! The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable (including the sheets!), the furnishings were pretty, and the place was well kept and clean. The ocean view was spectacular!

Every time we have used Destination Amelia we have had a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly and strives to ensure we have a great vacation. I feel they are very knowledgeable about each of their listings and therefore, have been able to assist me in choosing the right unit based on my needs and wants. Their units are clean and offer starter amenities like coffee, dish soap, detergent and those little touches are always appreciated. We stayed at 52 Ocean Place this last trip and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful unit! The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had a wonderful beach view. We loved that both bathrooms had a walk-in shower. There were no twin beds, so if you are traveling with children, this unit might not work. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful property and location. We came to the beach to enjoy “Fall Break” with our family and we came to enjoy the beach one last time before winter. This property allowed us to spend each day at the beach with the amenities we needed such as towels and beach chairs. In addition the close proximity on Amelia Island was great and allowed us to dine out and enjoy the quaint shops without going far from the property. Amazing time and will come back again :)

I stayed at this location two years in a row, and I thoroughly up joyed the amenities of the Ritz Carlton, which is walking distance. The weather was a little grim, but that’s not the host fault.

This is my 2nd stay at this property! Love the location as I am a runner 🏃♀️ it’s a beautiful place to run and walk. I would suggest updating the comforter set in the Master as it is looking worn! The Kitchen was well stocked. Overall even with suggestion of updating comforter set I would give it a 5 and will return. Thank you for the nice gift of fudge for our anniversary! The chocolate popcorn was delicious! Thank you very much😊
Beach get away with husband and in-laws

My new husband and I brought my in laws, who are late 80s, to the beach. It was easy to accommodate their mobility limitations and they had fun. It was great to eat on the balcony, make coffee, watch movies and enjoy fun restaurants and tours.

Very nice condo, pride in ownership, larger than the pictures show. Very clean, quality furnishings with plenty of kitchen utensils. Grounds very well kept with two swimming pools, no crowds. Grocery store less than a mile away. Treat yourself to dinner one night at the Ritz Carlton next door, we did. Plenty of biking trails and a public golf course close by. Hats off to the owners for letting us stay & enjoy our first visit to Amelia Island. - Mark & Karen

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this particular property. The views, balcony and condo are exactly as described online. We did notice the property, grounds and pool were just not as clean and kept up as the last time. Someone mentioned a new association management company had taken over. A few items in condo need work but overall we had a great time and will return!

The overall property is one of the best we have experienced. The panoramic views from the balcony is the best. Excellent access to pool and beach. A sidewalk away from the Ritz where we enjoyed dinner, Sunday Brunch and its coffee bar. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

I booked this vacation not sure if I would be able to go because of my health and compromised immune system. The place was just as it was listed. I felt as comfortable with the cleanliness as if I was at my own house. I also wanted something that was peaceful and serene. The view was everything I expected and more. My family needed this vacation and this place didn’t disappoint. Side Note: My family did not use a lot of towels, but they were available.

Last minute trip to Jacksonville and we decided to stay at this property. It is a beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. The view from the balcony is amazing. And you have access to the balcony both from the living room and the master bedroom. Traci and her team were extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was simple as they provide an electronic code for the main gate as well as the door. And the personal card and little gift was a very nice gesture and greatly appreciated. The condo building is in a great location. Right next to the upscale Ritz Carlton hotel. In fact, you can even walk from the condo to the hotel without having to go to the main road. The entire area is very upscale with nice condos and homes. Easy access to the beach from the building. The condo is well furnished, clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Downtown Amelia Island is about 10 minutes drive. Would definitely recommend and stay again here.

Great view, excellent beds, plenty of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, shower soap, paper towels. Beach chairs and towels were in great shape. Comfortable furniture. Secondary bedroom could be made private (turned into en suite) by closing an extra door. There is a path to walk to the Ritz. Excellent beach for walking-if high tide there are inland paths.

If this property is available I will not stay any where else! It is beautiful and well equipped with anything you could possibly need! Great location! I am a runner and enjoyed going downstairs and having access to the beautiful trail leading out to Historic American Beach. It is so comfy and cozy with beautiful views! Only takes 10-15 min to get to historic district…David’s Restaurant is a great place to dine but make sure you make reservations…Sunset cruise was amazing and loved the shops in Historic downtown… I didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!

We loved the view, large porch, cute pool and closeness to The Ritz-Carlton. Areas to improve - beds need upgrading…not comfortable, Ceiling fan in guest room makes a noise…needs WF40? TV’s - provide instructions for turning on with Ruko and/or update the TV’s in both bedrooms.

Unit is in the perfect place. Adjacent to the Ritz for the event we were attending. Also convenient to everything. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The Sofa bed that was advertised was only for one person which you would assume you could get two kids on at the least. Fortunately for us we only needed one person on it. Only other minor issue we had was WiFi was VERY slow and no cable/satellite for tv so if you don’t have a streaming app you could not get live tv/sports. Otherwise had a great time.

Ocean place is a wonderful place for a vacation. The condo was spacious, well maintained and very nice. I would stay again. There were a couple of small repair issues that arose but the management staff was very responsive and made quick repairs. The guest bedroom has a fairly hard mattress. It’s just preference but I prefer a softer mattress. Overall a great experience and a wonderful time. I wouldn’t hesitate to book in the future.

Came down with my family and loved the condo. It has been recently updated and looks beautiful. The location is excellent and the view is breathtaking. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas or please leave instructions on how to rent them ahead of time.

We really enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island and the Ocean Place condo, in particular. The condo was clean, spacious, with outstanding views! We could see for miles down the beach on the patio! And the view and ocean sounds from the bedroom were wonderful!! We would highly recommend both Amelia Island and the condo and can’t wait to return!!

Property was as listed. Main room (kitchen/den) have been somewhat updated. Bedrooms and baths could use updating and new paint for sure! Master bed is very comfortable and layout is great/spacious. Would definitely consider renting here again. Beaches here not too crowded either- We easily were able to sit out at the beach and take walks.
