Destination Amelia is an excellent rental company with helpful and professional staff. Our family enjoyed our stay ay 1867 Turtle Dunes. We also chose 1866 Turtle Dunes for extra family members. Nice to have rental close by. The 1867 kitchen is very well supplied with cooking utensils and pots and pans. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Lots of closet space. En suite bathrooms are great for privacy. Large dining and living room area, great for family gatherings. The porch is superb with views of ocean and marsh. Exceptional place to ponder the ocean or have Happy Hour. Large, sturdy bistro table on porch is great place to chat or journal. Extra beach chairs and boogie boards were great. Well supplied unit with beach and bathroom towels. Very clean. Thanks for providing extra cleaning supplies. Special treat is the pool with a swimming lane. Best place for family getaway. Can't wait to return.

My in-laws used to live in Turtle Dunes and we would bring our young daughters down every August to visit. Now twenty years later I found this beautiful 3 bedroom condo and couldn't resist. We came with our adult children and their spouses and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Plantation is well-maintained and the condo was immaculate, well equipped, and comfortable for six adults.

Absolutely the best place my family and I have stayed on Amelia Island! This location has it all.. comfortable beds, lots of room to roam around and the view cannot be beat! Condo was very clean upon arrival and instructions were clear and easy. We loved it and hope to return again. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

This was our first time on Amelia Island, and we had an amazing vacation. The unit at 1867 Turtle Dunes was probably one of the best places we stayed at in Florida! The views were amazing, the unit itself was superb. We enjoyed the amenities and the comforts that felt like we were home but on an awesome vacation. Thank you - we had a wonderful time.

Hands down the best condo we have stayed at yet on the Plantation. This was our 8th year visiting the Plantation and the first time in 1867. The year before we stayed in 1866 with Destination Amelia, that was a wonderful, well-kept room. But if you’re looking for the ultimate location, 1867 is it! It’s at the end of the building with that awesome open balcony. You can watch the beach to the marshes and get the locust sounds with the beach. We had our best vacation yet and it was boosted by this condo. The room itself is spacious and stocked perfectly for your beach adventure!

This property checked all our boxes for an amazing Labor Day weekend trip! We had 3 couples & 2 dogs and were extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The condo was well stocked with basics (spices, paper goods, etc), check in/check out was extremely easy, & the access to the beach & pool were amazing. Would definitely love to come back!

Lovely waterfront unit with a relaxing outdoor space and great amenities. We used the community pool and also enjoyed the Omni spa for a massage. Nice restaurants nearby. Unit was very clean minus a few ants-to be expected in Florida. Quality linens and furnishings and tastefully decorated-we hope to return one day.
