Both bedrooms offer beautiful ocean views and balconies and private balconies.
This villa offers expansive views but is still conveniently located for easy beach access. It has been thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need for a wonderful stay, including beach chairs and beach towels. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this gorgeous villa in the ideal location on the south end of Amelia Island.
With this rental, guests enjoy access to the beautiful and spacious Turtle Dunes pool, Dunes Club tennis courts, beach, walking and biking trails, spa, shops, and many great dining options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available.
* Please note that a smaller dog under 50 lbs may be considered but must first be approved by the owner and management. There are breed restrictions, so please inquire for specifics. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
* Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
