Description
Upscale 4 Bed/4 Bath Condo with Heated Pool, Parking Garage, Remote Work Spaces, and High-Speed Wifi!
Gorgeous villa located in prestigious Dunes Club Villas complex on the grounds of the gated Amelia Island Plantation. This fifth-floor, high-end villa offers expansive ocean views and provides a total of 3,200 square feet of indoor living space, with plush and comfortable furnishings throughout the home. The four balconies offer another 900 square feet of space to enjoy the outdoors as well.
You will be absolutely taken with the breathtaking panoramic views! Guests can catch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from the main balcony facing the ocean, while the marshside balcony is a fantastic place to watch the sunset.
The main living area offers plenty of room to gather while soaking in all the sights. The spacious four bedrooms and four baths allow guests to spread out and rest deeply.
The primary beachfront suite treats guests to ocean views right from the King Bed. A little sitting area within the suite has a remote work space, TV and couch, and lounger that are perfect for working or reading. The attached primary bathroom has double vanities, a water closet for privacy, a large walk-in shower, and an expansive jacuzzi tub.
With natural light streaming in from the massive windows, the spacious and modern eat-in kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas, providing a great layout for entertaining friends and family.
The attention to detail in this villa is absolutely amazing - from the unique, high-end finishes, to the gorgeous ocean views - you will be glad that you chose this wonderful place to vacation!
The Dunes Club Villa complex also offers its residents a private seasonally-heated pool and two private tennis courts. The beach is easily accessible across the boardwalk.
Within the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP), guests can enjoy miles of walking and biking trails that weave across the sprawling 1,340-acre gated community. The community is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches.
Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered nearby at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. The closest golf courses are Little Sandy and Oak Marsh but there are many other nice courses in the area.
If venturing out beyond AIP, guests also love to visit the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District, which offers an impressive lineup of dining and shopping options about 20 minutes north.
As part of this rental, a custom digital guestbook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals.
*Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities.” This means there is restricted access to the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service, and that Racquet Park only offers free play to club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities.
