Located in the popular Beach Walker Villas in the picturesque Amelia Island Plantation resort community, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers easy access to the beach and the renovated complex pool.
The villa’s unique multi-level design includes an open-concept kitchen and living area on the main floor and bedrooms on upstairs levels. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the living/dining area as well as the elevated primary bedroom.
The property has been beautifully decorated and generously well-stocked. The owners renovated the kitchen, both bathrooms, and installed all-new flooring recently. Now guests can enjoy all the upgrades for the same great rate!
Golf is available at many great courses in the area and various shops on island offer bike and golf cart rentals. Local tour operators can take you out on kayak and/or paddle boarding excursions or to sail on Amelia Island’s fabled waterways.
