How to Reserve | Destination Amelia Vacation Rentals
If you interested in a particular property (or properties), please click on the "Contact Manager About This Property" link from the property page to send an inquiry to our office. You may also email us at [email protected] or call our office at (904) 206-9425. Once we receive your inquiry, we will follow up with information regarding availability, rates, fees, and answer any other questions you have. Please note: Because some days we are out of the office a good bit at properties, we can oftentimes respond to emails and online inquiries quicker than phone calls.  

If you confirm that you would like to rent a property, we will block those dates on our calendar and also email the Terms & Conditions and Rental Agreement (and any other documents needed, i.e. Pet Agreement). Once you receive that email, we ask for the agreement to be returned within the week to confirm your reservation. Along with the signed rental agreement, an initial deposit is due to confirm your reservation. Deposit amounts vary based on the property and the length of your stay, but typically $300 or $500. Our preferred payment method is credit card and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you choose to pay by personal check, credit card information still must be provided. 

Once we receive your signed agreement and your deposit payment, you will receive an email from us confirming your reservation. Your balance is due 30 days prior to check-in and we will send a reminder email prior to that date. Please note, for any reservations made 30 days or less from your check-in date, the full payment is required along with the signed rental agreement.
