*Please note that the Oceans of Amelia Community has had a complex-wide construction project taking place this year and while most of it is complete, additional garage work is ongoing and may extend through mid-June. In addition, there is a Nassau County Shore Protection Project that has begun and is predicted to impact this area's beachfront beginning in late May or early June. It involves machinery pumping sand onto the beach from offshore and being graded into place by bulldozers and other equipment. The beach will still be accessible but may be impeded in sections by piping and the construction work taking place. It also could cause noise disturbances as it moves south toward Seaside Park on Sadler Road. Please call our office for further details.
