Guests are provided with four bicycles to explore the island and our cottage is only a 10-minute bike ride (2 miles) to Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach to enjoy restaurants and shopping, a 3-minute ride to explore Fort Clinch State Park, and a 5-minute ride to Egan’s Creek Greenway. Or simply walk a few blocks to oceanfront restaurants, a playground, and Putt-Putt golf at Main Beach!
Our little beachside cottage truly is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the sea air. As guests enter through the front door you are greeted by cool coastal colors, new plank flooring, and a deep ocean blue sofa that centers the main living area. This is a perfect space for relaxing, reading, or watching TV.
In addition to the 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 updated bathrooms, the screened back patio and rooftop deck are ideal for family and friends to gather and enjoy the breathtaking views. There is a large outdoor dining table that accommodates seating for eight, which can be used on screened porch or on the upper rooftop deck. The backyard is completely fenced in and offers direct views of the sand dunes.
The updated kitchen features a glass backsplash, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig Elite coffeemaker and Ninja Blender. Travelers will enjoy how the cottage is fully equipped with all the necessities for preparing a meal after a day at the beach. The house includes a full-size washer and dryer, free WIFI, Smart TV with Comcast cable, fresh linens and bath towels.
Our “beach ready” rental offers travelers equipment like beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a large cooler with wheels for convenience!
Please note that only dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $250 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.
